How do I switch propane suppliers?
First, check whether you own your propane tank or lease it from your current supplier. Review your current agreement for any notice, equipment or cancellation terms. This helps us discuss the right options for your property.
Next, share your street address and ZIP code, tank size if known, and the appliances you use propane for. Let us know about gates, a steep driveway or other access details. Pacific can review your setup and discuss delivery access, equipment needs and a quote.
Before ending your current service, agree on any required equipment work and the timing of your first delivery. If a supplier owns your current tank, discuss its collection or replacement with that supplier and Pacific as part of the changeover.
Can I keep my existing tank?
If you own your tank, tell us its size and condition so we can discuss whether it is suitable for service. If you lease it, the options depend on your agreement and the equipment arrangement. We will need to review those details before confirming a delivery plan.
What if my home needs a new propane tank?
Pacific surveys the property to assess tank sizing and delivery access. Installation planning includes the equipment and checks needed for your setup, including the regulator, system pressure and connected appliances. Ask us about the work, timing and cost when requesting your quote.
