We serve restaurants throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, including Santa Barbara, Goleta, Carpinteria, Ventura and Thousand Oaks. How does a scheduled exchange work?

We bring full cylinders to your business and collect the empty ones. When you call, tell us how many patio heaters you run, which cylinders they use and when your patio is busiest. That helps us discuss how many cylinders you need and how often to exchange them.

How do we change restaurant propane suppliers?

Check your current agreement and confirm who owns the cylinders and any storage equipment. Tell Pacific which heaters and cylinders you use, your receiving hours and your preferred start date. We can then discuss the equipment, cylinder quantities and delivery schedule for your patio.

Agree on the first exchange and any equipment changes before ending your current service. Arrange the return of supplier-owned cylinders or storage equipment with your existing provider as part of the changeover.

What should I include in a quote request?

Send the restaurant name, street address, ZIP code and a contact for deliveries. Include your receiving hours and where the driver can reach the cylinders. If you’re opening a new patio or changing suppliers, tell us when you’d like to start. Ask Pacific about cylinder exchange for your restaurant.
